We are so grateful for all of you who are standing with us in relationship, love, prayer, and encouragement. For you to share with us, to witness, and hear the testimonies of the Lord’s plans and purposes established in our region is important to us. The HOPE staff, the local Arab women of the land, and I are so grateful to our global family! Without your relationship, without your prayer support, and generosity, we honestly would not be able to witness His plans nor see the desire of His heart manifest among our women in His land! Thank YOU! Richest Blessings be released for you and your households!!

The Lord has done great things in our midst, I believe we have witnessed a historic moment among and for our women in September.

Two days before the conference began 30 wonderful women, making up the international ministry team (represented from 13 nations); joined us to pray, intercede, and share what the Lord was saying. These meeting were outstanding, as it knit and net the hearts of the team together as one family.

We have seen the Lord move in mighty ways in this gathering of mothers and daughters of the land. We felt the Lord was saying it’s time to go higher in Him and possess the high places. He was leading us in this conference to focus on “the healing of hearts;” in order to, possess the land of hearts back to Him.

The speakers have blessed us greatly. Each one was lead by the Lord to speak to us the Word of the Lord! We began the conference with Rania casting vision regarding the heart of Deborah as a ruler in the nation. The fact that she ruled the land in justice by bringing the Kingdom of God, through humility and love was addressed. We opened up the first session with a fun play that gave a deep message of riding the donkey into Jerusalem as Jesus rode it to declare His kingdom in His city.

 

During the first evening’s session, Lilo Keller laid the foundation on the importance of forgiveness and being set free from bitterness, The Lord brought through clarity given with practical steps to practice. Many women came forward asking for personal ministry, desiring to be released in this area.

The next day was full, as we had 4 sessions during this day; which included, an afternoon seminar on prophetic art activation (for the Arab women this was a first!). Meg Jones from USA and Deborah Robertson from Northern Ireland were such amazing blessing. They both were used in the prophetic arts during the worship time. Such fun was experienced as they activated the creative gifting in our women.

 

The following session, our friend Elin Fakerbekke founder of the Women Network in Norway, ministered to the women’s hearts. She touched on the deep issue of the worthiness of women and their true identity. This time was uplifting and life-giving as each woman heard the truth. It is such a privilege to have a part of this wonderful Norwegian family with us in covenanted partnership. A true joy to have 8 of these amazing women with us to pray for and affirm the women of the land.

One of the highlights of our time together was the afternoon session where we dealt with a deep issue among our women, which has bound many for years. Rania spoke on the place of women and their authority as one called to crush the head of the serpent. In her message she shed the light on the misogynistic stronghold (hatred of women), which needs to be broken off the Arab women. During this session, there was such a tangible presence of the Lord. It was a sober moment when corporate agreement of local & international mothers confessed the generational sin and the curse that this spirit brought on our people, and asked the Lord to break it off of us personally and corporately! This moment was deeply moving and powerful as the cries of the women were released like a roar from the depth of their souls–being delivered and freed!

Following this deep issue of misogyny the Lord lead our friend and daughter of the land Briskilla Zananiri to minister to the women on a deep and crucial subject, which she called “The Perfect Storm”. Briskilla addressed the 3 spirits that creates a storm in our lives; accusation, jealousy, and rejection. This time was powerful as Briskilla lead the women to confess any agreement with and any influence of these spirits in their hearts. The only antidote of healing is to be baptized afresh by the love of God! The release of love in our midst has knit the hearts of the women together in deeper unity like never before. Glory to the One who is able to do for us what we can’t do for ourselves!

 

 

In the third and last day, we had a significant time during the morning session  ministering to the women on Isaiah 54 and the expansion of the place of our dwelling and strengthening our tent pegs in the ground. During this session the Lord lead us during the ministry time to call the mothers and their daughters forward. There was quite a good number of mothers who registered their daughters with them. This was a sign to us that God wanted this place to become a safe place, where mothers could bless their daughters and celebrate them as a gift from the Lord, releasing them back to the Lord to be free to fulfill the calling of God on their lives. This time of generational blessing was outstanding, where the presence of the Lord was so deep and tangible–the waters of their tears healed as mothers and daughters embraced and wept together.

I (Rania) felt that the Lord released a river of healing over our land, as the curse on the generations was broken by blessing the next generation and celebrating motherhood and daughter-hood. Glory be to the Lord, who has shown Himself mighty to deliver!

A precious moment took place in this session when Jewish and Arab mothers and daughters in agreement, prayed and declared this young generation belongs to the Lord! A prophetic act was done to seal the moment by putting a tent peg in the ground for both Arab and Jewish young people in the land!

The conference ended with Briskilla releasing a word of encouragement to the women to go higher in God and stand for what is rightfully theirs. She encouraged them them to begin to change the normal routine of life by allotting “5 minutes” on their daily calendar to do something that fits with the desire/goal of their hearts for their family and regions. We felt the best way to send the women back to their homes, is to create a prayer tunnel and send them out as the ministry team blessed and anointed each one!

This was such a powerful and joy-filled time of fresh anointing falling on the women as they were touched by God and sealed with His fiery love!

A life changing testimony of an Arab Woman!

An Arab woman shared her testimony with Rania from the last Arab Deborah’s Arising #2 conf:

“The Lord is good and the work of His hand in my life is evident. You don’t know me and know nothing about me, but I want to write and briefly share with you three things that happened to me when the Lord met with me during these three days: First, I entered with an expectation for something great though I did not realize what it may be, but during the three days, I received healing from remnants of the past, and when I say past I mean 58 years ago, since my birth. As I was writing, the Lord reminded me of dreams I used to have that I was birthing a new child, and this dream came back several times and I didn’t understand the meaning of it.

I always analyzed my dreams as having something to do with a new birth of one of my children. But after the conference I dreamt again and then I realized that this is the Lord’s purpose for me. Hallelujah. Rania, when you prayed with us to break the curse of the spirit of hatred of women, I cried out of the depth of my heart and the crying was actually healing, breaking away and release. Each word on the prayer booklet that was given in the conference was as if the Lord had written it for me.

This is the new birth; and that is when I understood what the Lord was wanting to proclaim to me. I was strengthened by every meeting; being assured in the Lord that I am not abandoned and left. I received promises from the Lord for me and my household, which strengthened me a lot, encouraged me and pushed me forward and my trust in the Lord grew. Every day in the conference I received healing and deliverance through your teaching and your love for everyone. This came through many different ways. Even through each sister I encountered. Through sister Priscilla I was delivered from the spirit of jealousy.

Through sister Rania I learned my value in the Lord. Through your preaching I learned of my role, my mission and my significance in the Lord as a warrior. I was attached to the house and couldn’t pray with authority, but I was delivered from the bonds of fear and I know that I can do all things through Christ. This shift and boldness through sister Jesura and the cry that came from within as lioness from all the pain and hurt that was inside me … I was delivered through the cry of pain. Ohh … the level of pain inside me that I was carrying!!! Through sister Lilo Keller, the breaking of the spirit of witchcraft from my family and from my ancestors was broken.

I achieved a unity in prayer with my husband. Previously, I was ridiculed that my son was entrapped in the world of magic. Tamer was a believer and in his fifth year learning medicine, but he went back on his thoughts and decided this wasn’t for him and he began to get involved in magic and sorcery. Mama Lilo prayed and broke the spirit and curse of witchcraft. Not long ago, Tamer began to change, even his face changed. He used to have a dark face filled with hatred, blame and hostility, but he decided to go out and participate with the ‘Salma’ dancing team, and I saw the hand of the Lord and change with him, and the Lord promised that Tamer is a servant of His. Another thing is that when I returned from the conference I shared with my husband and I asked that we pray for him so I took his hand and Mama Lilo told me that it is not important that he prays at the beginning. Take hold of his hand and so I did and prayed and sanctified and broke any anti-Christ spirit.The third change and the most important which I used to cry to the Lord for is that my husband began to read the Bible.

All through the time of the Succoth feast, about 20 days of reading, worshiping and praying and he heard sermons and songs … a great change. I thank the Lord for everything He did through you.A change came to my home through what the Lord did in my husband’s heart. It is clear that the Lord is working in his heart and has changed him and today my husband allows the Lord more and he is available to the Lord more. And my children see their father sitting and just reading and studying the word of the Lord from several books in English, Arabic, Hebrew and Aramaic … the hand of the Lord is so clear in deliverance.

I prayed with my husband to break the curse of poverty and debts and drinking, and the Lord has broken every curse from our ancestors. I thank the Lord for His work in my life and for the healing and deliverance and power that I received on my inside with greater trust in the Lord. Rania, I am a social worker and I saw many psychologists but the it was the work of the Holy Spirit that healed me, released me and made me grow. I thank you very much.

Continue on with such conferences that are so important for women. You are doing a great service to every woman who is broken on her inside and this work is not taken for granted, so continue because there are many women who are mistreated, abandoned, crushed, filled with bitterness and sadness, pain and ridicule.

Believe me that I have seen a lot and in all I have seen in my work, I have not seen any healing like that of the Holy Spirit! Continue dear sister, and may all the team with you be blessed.”

The speakers and the personal ministry times were an incredible blessing to all the women. The unity that the Lord formed among us as we sought His face together in prayer, sharing hearts, and fellowship for two days prior to the conference became like a battering ram, releasing the power needed for the breakthrough.

The Lord surprised us with the revelations and instructions He gave, with the intention for us to follow His heart into what He wanted to accomplish in this strategic time around the feast of Purim.

The Lord’s desire was to raise up an army of Arab women who would embrace their destiny and possess the land, as they partner with Him through intercessory prayer and serve Him as laborers in the harvest. The Lord began to speak to me about the His desire to crown the women as His royalty and His warrior bride. Our Norwegian sisters felt to bring the crowns from Norway, so they purchased seven crowns to be used during the crowning ceremony.

 

As we continued to seek the Lord further, prior to conference, He spoke about the overcomer’s anointing mentioned in Revelations 2:17, where the Lord promises to give those who overcome a white stone with a new name written on it. He has instructed me, along with the HOPE team, to prepare 90 white stones for this conference, all to be engraved with new names.

 

What a joy it was to seek the heart of God for these names, which we in turn had engraved on 90 white stones. Each name represented destiny and calling.

The joy was the opportunity to witness as each woman chose a stone, during the crowning & anointing ceremony carried out by the ministry team. As stated earlier, the Lord wanted to crown the women with His glory and position them as His royal priesthood, so they would rise up as Esthers in the land of Israel to begin to move as an intercessory power.

 

God also desired to see the women partner with Him to decree new names which He chose over the land. This was significant for a shift in healing of our land. During the time of ceremony of the crowning of the land, we also felt led to crown the Lord Jesus as King over our land. The crowning was by those decrees found in Isaiah 62. In Isaiah 62, there are twelve names the Lord spoke to Isaiah for the future healing and restoration of His land.

For the prophetic act of Isaiah 62, we were instructed by the Lord to prepare 12 white stones, which were going to be used in having the Arab women leaders build an altar for Him as a sign and decree in the heavens that we break curses spoken over our land and choose to agree with God’s heart over our land and its future destiny.

During the time of crowning the land, we experienced such powerful time of praise and worship, as we sang the song “in the midst of the land we will build an altar for you Lord.” The joy of the Lord filled the hearts of the women, and dancing broke out all over the hall. We marched as an army with joy proclaiming His victory with shouting, praises, and joyful dancing!

 

We can say the Lord has done great and mighty things in our midst. His faithfulness endures forever!

Briskilla Zananiri shared her experience in the conference “For Such A Time As This”:

“Much took place during this time together in Israel. But Id like to focus on the prophetic act of ” Crowning the King of the land.”

Sometimes the Lord requires or asks a group of people to come into agreement with Him regarding a specified person, organization, people group, or nation, etc. This convergence takes place for the advancement of His Will–the “tipping point” which can change history of hearts and lands. Such a moment took place during February’s “For Such A Time As This” conference.

Arab women from different regions of Israel came together for three days; to grow in their relationships one with another, to worship, to be strengthened, for further training, and to partner with God as His royal family and servants.

 

Women who had one day previously been crowned as royalty with jeweled crowns; presented by Norwegian sisters and friends, carried the desire to release healing into the land. They desired to announce Jesus as King in the nation. They desired to confess that all the kingdoms of the world would bow to the One and True God and become His alone.

They partnered with Him by decreeing God’s opinion over the land of Israel (specifically Isaiah 62). These beautiful locals of the land, guided by the Holy Spirit took the time to acknowledge the “Monarchy of Jesus Christ and to demonstrate the crowning of Him as King.”

As sign/visuals of their partnership with God; white stones were prepared with the land’s new names, arrows were laid as decrees hitting their mark. Then crowns were laid among the stones, arrows, and soil of the nation as a sign of Christ being crowned and honored. Mixed with songs, prayers, and decrees these prophetic symbols were presented to the Lord, with the knowing that He is King, and this King desired the hearts as His and the land’s healing.

“The kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our Lord and Christ and He will reign forever and ever. ” Revelations 11:15

The Lord is going to have an army (a warring bride) of women who will release LIFE–He who is PEACE ( healing, love, justice, truth, righteousness, joy) into their regions.

I love to witness the true identity of these incredible Arab sisters shine forth in this beautiful nation called, “Israel.””

I’m thankful to the Lord for this season of preparation and alignment that He is taking us through at the beginning of this year  2016. I just finished 21 days of fasting & prayer with a group of young adults from the house of prayer. We have been seeing fresh winds blowing over the youth in the region; new commitments have been made by these young people, to pursue the Lord and give their lives wholeheartedly to Him in holiness. This is so exciting to see and be a part of!

I’m writing also to share with you how the Lord has been leading us regarding the upcoming conference in February. We are so thankful for all that the Lord is doing among the Arab women in the land.  It’s time for a kingdom army of Arab women to emerge in alignment with God’s ordained destiny and true identity–to become an  intercessory power that carries authority, to reverse decrees over our nation and the nations of the Middle East.

As of now 69 Arab women leaders will be in attendance, for the conference.  We are also grateful to the Lord for sending us 17 wonderful women leaders to be part of the International ministry team.  We have been blessed to have with us 3 local women leaders two of which are from the Messianic community. The ministry team will be coming from several nations such as Norway, Canada, China, Switzerland, USA, and England. We were so blessed by their prayers and ministry along side the locals in the first Arab Deborahs Arising last September, and excited to have them be part of this strategic gathering of woman next month. It’s also a privilege to have with us this time 5 amazing women leaders who will speak and minister in our midst: Julie Meyer, Briskilla Zananiri, Lilo Keller, Barbara Yoder, Mary Audery.

We believe this upcoming conference will be a strategic prophetic time to pray,  equip, train, and empower the women. The Lord has begun to reveal His heart regarding what He is desiring to take place in this conference. He is longing to crown the women with His glory and beauty; as well as with new authority in order to step out with boldness and become a voice in our nation. We believe that the Lord is longing for corporate sound of women to be released in the land to speak His life and decrees and destiny over the land. This is very crucial for the season we are entering into here. We are seeing events accelerating in the Middle East. Therefore creating safety in the land is crucial, one way this would happen is through the mothers arising and taking their rightful place to stand for such a time as this!

This gathering falls in alignment with His timetable, after choosing the conference dates, I found out that the timing in February is strategic. 2016 is a leap year, therefore an additional month will be added to the Hebraic year 5776, and that month is Adar the month of Purim and Esther. Therefore the month of February this leap year will be called Adar I and the last weekend of Feb will fall on a day called minor Purim. I believe the Lord is aligning us again into a prophetic time where He would reveal His strategies to declare and decree His Word as a fiery arrow through the corporate company of Arab & international women.

It’s on my heart to share with each one of you, as you believe and pray with us for great breakthrough. Also it’s a window of opportunity for you to partner with what God wants to do again this coming February among the Arab women.We covet and appreciate your partnership in prayer for the conference.

I’m thrilled to share with you about what God has done in the strategic prophetic time of this conference in September, and what we believe the Lord is leading us to do for the coming season.

We have seen the Lord gathering 113 Arab women from all over the land of Israel. 24 international leaders from different nations, 1 from Canada, 8 from USA, 1 from Switzerland, 12 from Norway, who sacrificially had come to be with us to serve as ministry team, to minister in prayer and encouragement for our women, and to be support in prayer during the conference.

We felt it was necessary for all the ministry team coming from different nations and the speakers to gather together for 2 and half days before the conference to seek the Lord, this time was so vital to build relationships and create unity among us all. It was such fruitful time full of revelation, prayer and fellowship. The 3 days of the conference were packed with many inspiring God moments and breakthroughs where we saw God brought our past into our future and our future into our past to restore and heal it. We have seen Him pouring out His Spirit over the women in powerful ways.

In the first night Julie and Walt Meyer led worship. Also Maurice Sklar, a violinist who played for Bennie Hinn crusades for many years was in Israel at that time of the feasts. He offered to come and bless our women by playing with Julie and Walt. The worship with the three of them was incredible as we felt the presence of the Lord. He was so tangible and everyone was engaged. The exciting part was when the Norwegian women began to dance and the Arab women were pulled in to be a part of the worship celebration. Dancing in a service is not normal for our women. We were so blessed as we experienced the release of His freedom and joy. What an amazing reality to witness!

Julie’s life is such an expression of joy and love. Everywhere she goes she releases God’s invitation to walk in freedom. Her tenacity to see the genuine Kingdom of God built through worship, among His daughters, was used to bring breakthrough to many hearts.

On the second day during Briskilla’s afternoon session, the Lord allowed us to experience the movement of the Spirit of Awakening. He graciously uncapped this well in the land again. He reached into our past extracting that which is precious, touched it with His healing power. This a convergence of the old season with the new, which restored and strengthened us in time to be launched into the future. The prophetic declarations that were made empowered these modern day Deborahs to awaken and be ready to move ahead in their land bringing God’s healing power through His peace and love.

In the second night of the conference we felt the Lord was leading us to facilitate a fire tunnel to pray for women needing a touch of the Holy Spirit for baptism, physical or inner healing; as well as, those desiring to receive impartation for moving in healing miracles. Julie and Walt Meyer and Maurice Sklar led worship again. Towards the end of Julie’s message the Lord used Ray and Renaid Almgren from Pittsburgh, and Julie and Walt to release and unlock the anointing for healing from the days of Kathryn Kuhlman. Ray and Renaid carried with them a key to the crypt of Kathryn Kuhlman. We believe that the key symbolically represents the time table we are living in.

The Lord spoke to them that this is the time He is releasing this anointing again to the nations for a greater move of the Holy Spirit that will manifest with greater healing miracles in this generation. When Walt and Julie arrived they shared with us the story of a key that they had also been given in supernatural way. We were excited with the realization that both couples carried Kathryn’s keys. The Lord had prepared a double portion of His anointing to be released from Pittsburgh to Israel, and to the Arab women for such a time as this!

Truly the fire tunnel was an incredible experience of the outpouring of His Spirit. Several women experienced the manifestation of His presence; such as laughter, shaking, and falling under the power of the Holy Spirit, which was an unusual experience for many. Many came through the tunnel several times hungry to be touched and filled. Seven women were baptized with the Holy Spirit, being prayed for and touched by no one other than Holy Spirit Himself.

Dotty’s teachings were practical and effective, touching the everyday lives of daughters and mothers. She truly walks in the anointing which Paul spoke of in Timothy where he instructed the older women to teach the younger generations. She was a key team player anchoring our corporate time together. We honor her as mother and grandmother to many of us.

The spirit of unity and love among the women during the conference was so real. We have witnessed so much happening in the spirit that a little booklet would be needed to scribe everything. We have heard tens of testimonies of how the Lord touched these women and what great impact the conference have been on their lives.

I believe we have seen the Lord birth a new move of the Spirit among the Arab women in the Land, a movement of Deborah’s that had heard the trumpet call of awakening to rise as mothers into their destiny and go through the door of HOPE into their future!

On behalf of HOPE family and the Arab Women of the land I would like to thank each one of you our international partners and family who stood with us in intercession and gave financial gifts to make this conference possible!

Julie Meyer: “I was so blessed to be able to be at the Arab Deborahs Arising. I saw beautiful Arab women – young and old who came to encounter Jesus. In times of worship their voices sang strong with many times of joyful dancing would break out with everyone dancing around the room. I saw tender hearts. I saw passion to grow as a believer in Jesus. I saw woman after woman walk through the prayer line and come through again until she felt the touch of Jesus. I was so blessed and my heart awakened yet again for these beautiful daughters whom Jesus loves so much. I saw hunger, I saw women asking for prayer to learn to pray more and longer, women wanting prayer to walk in forgiveness. I was wrecked by their passion to love Jesus. I went to Israel to bring teaching and worship praying that each woman would be encountered by the Spirit of the Lord – but I was also the one encountered because the Lord let me see His love and His Good and great destiny for these Arab women. I prayed that each woman would be touched and leave changed and they were – but I was also touched. I am also the one changed because of the kindness, the faces, the passion of these beautiful Women that I got to spend 3 short days with – because they are forever in my heart.”

 

Briskilla Zananiri: “A sincere privilege was experienced when we were invited to join the celebration of “Arab Deborahs Arising” conference. During these 2 1/2 days there were so many “God moments” that a little booklet would be necessary to scribe everything fairly. Truly the beauty of God’s daughters is intoxicating!

“Arab Deborahs Arising” Conference was carried out because of a personal dream and prophetic word given to Rania Sayegh of Nazareth, Israel; the founder of HOPE, House of Prayer and Exploits. The intention of this event was to simply and deeply minister to the Arab women of the land. Twenty-seven internationals were hand picked to come and to do just that. They beautifully gave of themselves to love on, minister to, and build relationships with 113 local Arab women of the land. Finances were gifted from international friends to make room for each of these precious and powerful Arab sisters in this power packed weekend.

This act of obedience then turned these specified days unknowingly into a timely prophetic action, visually demonstrating a promise to the body of Christ. We witnessed the Lord, “bringing our past into our future, and our future to our past to heal it.” We can honestly say that there was a culminating of history (a redeeming of time) in order to turn and walk through the double doors into the future.

113 Arab women came together to answer the call to awaken and arise as Deborahs in the land of Israel, for their families, communities, and nations. Judges 5:7 states, “Village life ceased, it ceased in Israel, Until I, Deborah, arose, Arose a mother in Israel.” Courage to arise as a Deborah rocketed the women of this region into standing and actively committing to their roles under the headship of Jesus Christ. Kingdom dominion is waiting to be released throughout the regions. One person, one day, one act at a time will release His Glory among us. We are ready. Truly God caused us to sing to our wells, resulting in them springing forth. “Spring Up Oh Well!” “Fager el Abar!” “Fager el Abar!” “Fager el Abar!”

The Lord brought to us Julie and Walt Meyers, Priscilla Zananiri and so many others to release worship and teachings of His freedom and presence. Witnessed was the hand of God equipping us by releasing unity, freedom, worship of joy, exhortations, healing, power encounters, renewal of commitments, encouragement, refreshing, confirmations, family advice, courageous challenges, corporate prophetic decrees, impartations, friendships established, good food with conversations, laughter, and so much more.

Everyone is excited and anticipating further direction from the Lord, for the next corporate step to be taken. We are also excited to see how the Lord will open the doors making room for many more to join this movement of “Arab Deborahs Arising”.”
